The R.I.S.E. Initiative is the heart of Empower Her Rise. A movement dedicated to equipping the next generation of women of color in law, leadership, and higher education.
Through mentorship, internships, scholarships, and career-building resources, we provide the foundation for women to rise, lead, and transform their futures.
The R.I.S.E. Initiative exists to ensure that women of color from undergraduate students to postgraduates have the community, resources, and funding they need to thrive on their educational journeys, especially first-generation, underrepresented, and low-income women.
