The Rise Collective is Empower Her Rise’s signature internship and membership program designed to cultivate a national network of driven, purpose-led women of color. This initiative provides access to exclusive internships, professional development opportunities, and a supportive community committed to growth, equity, and representation.

Through The Rise Collective, members engage in hands-on experiences that equip them with the tools to lead, serve, and succeed.

Available Internship Roles

  • Executive Intern
    Assist with high-level planning, operations, and strategic execution alongside our leadership team.

  • Social Media Intern
    Help manage content creation, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling across all platforms.

  • Program & Outreach Intern
    Support the development and execution of our scholarships, events, and community partnerships    .

Location: Detroit, Michigan ( Remote flexibility for out of state members)
