At Empower Her Rise, we are more than just an organization. We are a community dedicated to empowering women of color in law, leadership and higher education as they navigate their journey into the legal profession. Our membership provides the network, resources, and opportunities.
Community Matters
The legal profession remains one of the least diverse fields, Women of color make up only 9% of lawyers. Without access to strong mentorship, resources, and representation. Many first-generation and low-income woman of color face unnecessary barriers.
Empower Her Rise exists to break these barriers. Our community is a safe space where members can support each other, connect with mentors, and access opportunities that otherwise may not be available. We believe that when one of us rises, we all rise.
