Session 2: Leading with Confidence and Authenticity

This session is designed to empower Empower Her Rise ambassadors to lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose across academic, professional, and community spaces.

We are honored to welcome Ty’Quaia “Ty” Rollins, Juris Doctor Candidate, Class of 2026, who will share her experiences navigating law school as a first-generation law student and emerging campus leader. Ty will offer insight into building confidence, balancing academic rigor, and leading with authenticity while pursuing professional excellence.
