  • Empower Her Rise, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women of color from underserved and underrepresented communities.

    Through comprehensive support, mentorship, community-building, and scholarship funding, we want to ensure women have the resources, networks, and opportunities needed to thrive.

     Our goal is to cultivate the next generation of diverse leaders who will transform industries, institutions, and futures.

  • Women of color remain strikingly underrepresented in the legal profession. The numbers speak for themselves:

    • Only 9.8% of all lawyers are women of color

      • 2% are Black women

      • 2% are Latinas

      • 3% are Asian women

      • Less than 1% are Native American women

    Representation matters.
    It shapes access, opportunity, and community. through having community, mentorship, and resources along the journey can make all the difference.
