As the Director of Programming & Outreach at Empower Her Rise, Laila’s bold leadership and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in expanding community membership and creating meaningful opportunities that empower women of color. Her work has built bridges of support and growth—transforming Empower Her Rise into a vibrant network of women rising together.

Laila’s journey is a powerful testament to purpose-driven leadership. She embodies the belief that true leadership is rooted in service and that lifting others is the foundation for lasting change.
